The Wildwood POA is governed by a board of directors comprised of a president, vice presidents, a secretary, and a treasurer. The POA Board is responsible for the maintenance and preservation of the common properties located within the subdivision and the enforcement of the covenants and by-laws of Wildwood Subdivision. The Board has the responsibility to protect, preserve, and enhance the value of the assets of the association and its owners. The Board sets policies and procedures for the maintenance, administration, and financial well being of the association. The Board is a community building body responsible for fostering and developing the quality of life in the community.

Dues help pay for upgrades, maintenance, and holiday activities throughout the year. Dues for the year are $225. We appreciate all of our residents who have paid. If you have not paid, please mail your payment to the address below:
