Wildwood Subdivision is a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization. Every homeowner is an automatic member of Wildwood Property Owners Association (POA),comprised solely of Wildwood residents. The stated purpose of the POA is to offer opportunities for the residents to become better acquainted with each other, maintain and beautify thereby increasing property values, provide a forum for considering neighborhood matters, enable homeowners to act in a unified manner on issues of common concern and to enforce the protective covenants. The annual neighborhood meeting is held in February and all residents are encouraged to actively participate in the subdivision and committee activities.

Each homeowner shares a portion of the responsibility for their support of the POA and is required to pay an annual maintenance fee of $225 for the common grounds, signs, and any other improvements not maintained by the City of Bentonville, Arkansas.
The neighborhood covenants have been designed to be enforceable without becoming overbearing which helps make the neighborhood a strong selling point for our homeowners. Many homeowners simply prefer having basic guidelines in place that address the construction, landscaping, maintenance and general external appearance of homes in the neighborhood.

As a new resident please take the time to  familiarize yourself with the protective covenants and the Architecture Control Committee to ensure compliance. The ACC requires pre-approval of exterior home improvement projects (such as fence construction and accessory buildings) prior to the commencement of construction.
